Dr. Jason Jamali is originally from Michigan. He obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan followed by his dental degree at Columbia University in New York. Dr. Jamali then returned to the University of Michigan for his medical and oral and maxillofacial surgery training. This training exposed him to full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery with additional training in reconstruction and microvascular surgery. Dr. Jamali also completed two years of general surgery and advanced training in anesthesia. Following residency Dr. Jamali worked as a full-time assistant professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Illinois at Chicago. While at UIC, he taught residents and dental students and authored several publications. Dr. Jamali continues teaching residents at Illinois Masonic Hospital where he also treats facial trauma. He has a special interest in orthognathic surgery, implants, facial trauma, and benign pathology. Outside of work, Dr. Jamali enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Dr. Minghui (Michael) Tang has been a practicing general dentistry for 13 years. He is a graduate of Eastman Dental University of Rochester in New York. He also studied in China at Norman Bethune Medical University and was a dentist for 8 years there as well. When asked why he chose this field, he always answers that it has always been a lifelong dream of his to be a dentist. He enjoys general dentistry and he tries to provide the best service and care to his patients.
